I’ve only worked out twice this week. However, my goal is three times a week for an hour, to start. My balance is getting much better and I’ve been mixing a bunch of different types of exercises to it. I’m still so excited for this new lifestyle. :)

Healthier is Happier
Tomorrow I plan to start another lifestyle change. It’s been about one month since I cut meat out of my diet, now I need to kick up the exercise and cut out junk food. I’ll be exercising for an hour 3 days a week and gradually increase the times and duration. I’m feeling better already, knowing I’m getting my life more on track.
